Rates include:
- GST (Goods & Services Tax) at 5%
- Fishing License
- Floatplane charter to and from lodge
- Accommodation at lake
- All meals (including shore lunches)
- Soda pop
- Unlimited use of boat (same boat every day), motor, fuel, depth finder, swivel padded seats, floatation devices, GMRS radio
- All bed linen and towels
- Guided trip to the Inlet Falls, 10 miles up Beaulieu River
- Access to High Speed Internet (laptop provided)
- Hospitality of owners/hosts
Rates do not include:
- Transportation to Yellowknife, NT
- Accommodation in Yellowknife, if necessary
- Alcoholic beverages
- Unscheduled floatplane (at your request)
DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT
$1,000.00USD/person deposit is required to lock in your reservation.
The deposit is payable within 7 days of booking with balance due 90 days prior to trip.
Cheque made payable to: Hearne Lake Operations Ltd.
CANCELLATION REFUND
90 days or more prior to arrival - deposit refundable less $250.00 administration fee.
Less than 90 days - cancellation will result in forfeiture of monies previously paid.
Reservation can be transferred to another party at no extra charge.
If Hearne Lake is able to fill a cancelled reservation, a refund less $250.00 administration fee will be made.
If a discounted replacement reservation is made, the discounted amount will be deducted from the refund.
Travel insurance is recommended.
